To ensure that your stay with us runs smoothly, please check our service checklist with the most important information:

A cash deposit will be charged for access to the exhibition grounds during the construction and implementation phases. Further information on delivery and access to the exhibition grounds can be found here. Access without horse transport is via gates B4 and B6. Access with horse transport is via gate A3.

Please note that Hamburg Messe is not authorised to accept or confirm exhibits or other deliveries for your exhibition stand.

If necessary, please arrange transport via our Kühne&Nagel forwarding agency.

Please order your parking tickets conveniently via the onlineshop, which can be reached via the Online Service Center.

In order to meet the many wishes of our exhibitors and also to achieve ideal site utilisation, we are adhering to the tried and tested procedure for allocating parking spaces. In principle, you can only purchase numbered parking spaces measuring 3x8m on the premises. Consequently, there is only one site price. Until the end of February 2020, all parking enquiries will be collected. Subsequently, the parking spaces on the site will be allocated according to corresponding parameters and requirements.

Underground parking spaces are also available through the onlineshop.

Exhibitor passes

You can download your free contingent of digital exhibitor passes and order additional exhibitor passes for a fee via the exhibitor ticket shop. You can access the exhibitor ticket shop via  the online service center.

The exhibitor passes must be personalised. If you do not have the names at hand, a simple titling such as Marketing 1 / 2 / 3, Employees A / B / C is sufficient.
The QR code on the ticket is decisive.

Invitations for visitors

In the exhibitor ticket shop you will also find the opportunity to order and evaluate invitations for your visitors.
Use the digital invitation codes, which are provided to you in the exhibitor ticket shop under Invitations for Visitors Overview Status Invitations Summary Invitation after ordering as an Excel spreadsheet or PDF.

Redeeming invitations

Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH operates an ecological waste concept. In general, waste must be avoided and disposed of properly. Exhibitors and their contractual partners are required to make an effective contribution to this at every stage of the event. If possible, this objective should be pursued by all parties involved during the planning and coordination stages.

Since it is not always possible to avoid waste, we offer you an infrastructure that guarantees optimum recycling and disposal. Together with our service partner MRG, we offer you options that guarantee sensible recycling and disposal of waste. You can order waste disposal in advance via the onlineshop or directly from our disposal company MRG (+49 40 3569 4647). Alternatively, you can also organise these yourself.

Due to the fairness and equality of our customers, any waste left behind will be determined and invoiced in a fair manner. During the construction and dismantling phase, all exhibitors and their stand constructors will be informed by waste consultants that any valuables/raw materials that have not been registered and/or remain in the hall after leaving your stand will be disposed of for a fee per m³ or part thereof. During this phase it is possible at any time to book or register the waste disposal on site. Hall announcements will also be made during the construction and dismantling phases.
